Texas Gulf Coast Hummer Owners Group
Our club was established to promote the lifestyle and understanding of what it means to own a Hummer both on and off the road. The owners that make up our club are down to earth people that are seeking the opportunity to meet other owners anywhere and everywhere. We hope to meet more owners, and find other exciting opportunities to enjoy being a part of the Hummer Community.

Katemcy Rocks Review - June 2009

For those of you that missed this run missed and experience of a life time. 14 Hummers showed up for this closing weekend of the park. Many of the kids and a few adults went to the local bat caves in Mason. They saw the flight of over 6 million bats into the evening sky. Later that night, the camp site was filled with tornadoes and heavy rain only one tent was left standing in the midst of the travel trailers. We could have done without the storm. We started early on Saturday, and drove a 16 mile course over some tough granite hills. The obstacles we difficult to maneuver but with our trail guides and the best off-road vehicles made we made it over with ease. Now for our Jeep counter parts on the trails, with them flipping and breaking it made for a long day in several areas. But in the end, the food at the steak house was worth the wait. Hopefully we will be able to find another park of this magnitude to try out our vehicles.

Here's a link to the Image Gallery from this event.  Thanks go out to "Bugs" for the great pictures.  That guy didn’t spent more than 30 minutes in a single truck all day long.

Shiloh Ridge - February 2009

One cold weekend in February, TGCHOG headed out to Shiloh Ridge for the first run of the year.  The weather may have been cold but we still had a good group show up to do some mudding and hill climbing.  With our able pit crew of Auggie and James we were able to get all trucks off the trails and home.  The company and fun around the campfire at night is a thing to behold in person.  The more people come out the more fun we can have showing others what the Hummer can do on the trails.
